Nalc 2024 Contract Update Today Time Today. City letter carriers have been working without a contract for more than 400 days, and leaders of the letter carriers (nalc) still refuse to provide any substantive updates. Nalc represents more than 200,000 usps employees.

Oct 01, 2024 nalc and usps agree to mou on the process for evaluating and adjusting. I’d say it’s pretty likely the cca position gets phased out next contract.
